Water slides are a natural fit here — the Cape is a pool-and-boat town — but two local facts shape every slide booking: city parks do not allow (https://www.capecoral.gov/departments/parks_recreation/park_rules.php) bounce houses or inflatables, and many backyards end at a seawall. Plan around those two and a Cape Coral slide party is easy. Delivery to Cape Coral from about $60 — exact fee calculated from your address at checkout. Because inflatables are not permitted in Cape Coral city parks (https://www.capecoral.gov/departments/parks_recreation/park_rules.php), the slide party belongs in your yard or at a church, school or private venue. A backyard slide is often the main event for birthdays in the Cape, especially for kids who already live in the pool. Read this before you plan a park party. The City of Cape Coral's published park rules state plainly that inflatable bounce houses are NOT permitted in any city park. Cape Coral has 19 parks with reservable shelters and they are lovely, but none of them can host an inflatable. If you want a bounce house, it goes in a yard, at a school, or at a church — not a Cape Coral city park. ## Yard space and setup in Cape Coral Platted Cape lots usually have a usable front or side yard even when the pool cage takes the back. On canal lots we never stake into a seawall cap and we keep the slide well back from the water's edge; we use water-barrel anchoring where stakes are not appropriate. Measure the open grass, note any septic tank lids or irrigation, and tell us if the slide needs to go in the front yard so we can plan the orientation toward the street safely. Typical platted side yards run about 80 to 100 feet. Canal lots have a seawall at the property line and we cannot drive stakes into a seawall cap, so those setups get water-barrel anchoring instead. Screened pool cages are standard on newer builds and usually take the backyard, pushing setup to the front or side. Our team sets up every rental, anchors it correctly for the surface, and returns for pickup at the end of your rental period. ## Heat, sun and water tips for Cape Coral Cape Coral backyards facing the canal often have no shade at all, and the afternoon sun bounces off the water. Put up a canopy for parents, keep the busiest sliding before early afternoon, and take breaks out of the sun. Summer storms build quickly over the Cape in the afternoon; morning parties give you the best window. Cape Coral homes use city water or irrigation-water connections depending on the neighborhood. Use a drinking-water spigot for the slide, run it at moderate flow, and keep runoff away from the pool deck and seawall. ## Permits, HOAs and host rules Bounce houses and inflatables are not permitted in Cape Coral city parks (https://www.capecoral.gov/departments/parks_recreation/park_rules.php), so a park shelter is not an option for the slide. Much of the Cape has no HOA, but newer gated communities do; check those rules before you book. - Yacht Club Community Park: https://www.capecoral.gov/departments/parks_recreation/yacht_club_community_park.php - Cape Coral Parks & Recreation: https://www.capecoral.gov/departments/parks_recreation/ - City of Cape Coral: https://www.capecoral.gov/ - Cape Coral park rules (no bounce houses in city parks): https://www.capecoral.gov/departments/parks_recreation/park_rules.php ## Delivery to Cape Coral Free delivery within 5 miles of our Lehigh Acres shop · $2/mile after. Delivery windows are confirmed the day before your event. Cape Coral is 110 square miles, so where you are in the Cape genuinely changes the drive. Far northwest Cape near the Burnt Store and Pine Island Road corridor is meaningfully longer than the southeast side. The direct route from our shop crosses either the Midpoint or Cape Coral bridge, both of which are tolled. ## Choosing the right slide for your Cape Coral yard We currently rent 12 water slides, from the 17' Baja Blast Single Lane up to the 31' CAT 5 Single Lane w/ Slip n Slide Attachment. Single-lane slides (17' Baja Blast Single Lane, 22' CAT 3 Single Lane, 31' CAT 5 Single Lane w/ Slip n Slide Attachment) fit tighter Cape Coral yards and younger riders. Dual-lane slides let two kids race side by side and keep the line moving at bigger parties. Slides with a slip n slide attachment (24' Jawsome Dual Lane w/ Slip n Slide Attachment, 26' Lava Falls Dual Lane w/ Slip n Slide Attachment, 31' CAT 5 Single Lane w/ Slip n Slide Attachment) need the most open length, so measure carefully before you choose one. The height in each slide's name is a good first guide: taller slides need more open ground and clear overhead space, and they suit older kids. Each product page lists the full dimensions — compare them against your measured grass, leaving a few feet on every side for the crew to work and for guests to walk around. ## How a Cape Coral water slide rental works Choose your slide and check your date online. When you reserve, a deposit holds the slide and the remaining balance is due at or before delivery. The day before your party we confirm your delivery window. On the day, our crew arrives at your Cape Coral address, walks the setup spot with you, lays down a ground tarp, inflates and anchors the slide, and connects the water. We show an adult how to run the hose and the blower and go over the rider rules. After the party, we deflate, clean up and haul everything away. Keep an adult watching the slide the whole time it is in use, and clear it right away for lightning or strong wind. Not sure a slide is the right fit? No. Cape Coral's park rules (https://www.capecoral.gov/departments/parks_recreation/park_rules.php) do not permit inflatables in city parks. A backyard, church, school or private venue works instead. ### Our yard ends at a canal seawall. Can you still set up a slide? Yes. We keep the slide back from the water's edge and use water-barrel anchoring where stakes are not appropriate. Mention the seawall when you book. ### The pool cage takes our whole backyard. Where does the slide go? Often the front or side yard. Measure that grass and send us the dimensions; we will help you pick a slide that fits. ### How much does a water slide rental cost in Cape Coral? Our water slides currently start at $230 and go up to $650 for a one-day rental, depending on the slide. Delivery to Cape Coral from about $60 — exact fee calculated from your address at checkout. Sales tax and the optional damage waiver are shown at checkout. ### Is setup included with a water slide rental in Cape Coral? Yes. Our crew delivers to your Cape Coral address, sets up and anchors the slide, connects the blower and shows you how to run the water, then comes back to deflate and pick it up. ### What happens if it rains on our Cape Coral water slide party? If severe weather is forecast, you may reschedule your reservation for a future date. Inflatables cannot be operated safely during lightning or in strong, gusting wind conditions. We will contact you if conditions change. ## Water slides near Cape Coral - Water slide rental in North Fort Myers: https://vargasrentals.com/water-slide-rentals/north-fort-myers-fl - Water slide rental in Pine Island: https://vargasrentals.com/water-slide-rentals/pine-island-fl -
