The Cypress Lake Center for the Arts at the high school and the shopping along Summerlin are other local anchors. Water slides themselves go on private property, so families typically spend a morning at the park and bring everyone home for the slide. Lakes Park at 7330 Gladiolus Dr is right here and is the area's main party venue — shelters run roughly $25 to $50 and the screened lodge is $150 a day with a $250 deposit. Reservations need to be made well in advance. Confirm their inflatable policy before booking a unit. ## Yard space and setup in Cypress Lake Older Cypress Lake lots have big oaks and palms, which are great for shade but tricky for setup: we need clear overhead space above the slide and flat ground free of large roots. Measure open grass away from trees, note your pool cage and any lake-edge slope, and send us the dimensions if you are unsure which slide fits. Fully built-out suburban lots on ordinary grass. Stakes hold fine. Screened pool cages are common on the newer end of the housing stock, so check whether your usable space is really the backyard or actually the side. Our team sets up every rental, anchors it correctly for the surface, and returns for pickup at the end of your rental period. ## Heat, sun and water tips for Cypress Lake Mature trees give Cypress Lake an advantage — set the parent seating in the shade and keep the slide in the open sun where the water keeps it cool. Afternoon storms are common in summer, so morning slots are the most reliable. City water pressure is normally good. Run the hose at a moderate flow and aim runoff toward lawn rather than a driveway. ## Permits, HOAs and host rules Cypress Lake is unincorporated Lee County. Private home parties generally do not need a special permit; if you live in a golf or deed-restricted community, check HOA rules for inflatables and contractor parking. - Lakes Park (Lee County): https://www.leegov.com/parks/parks/lakespark - Lee County Parks & Recreation: https://www.leegov.com/parks ## Delivery to Cypress Lake Free delivery within 5 miles of our Lehigh Acres shop · $2/mile after. Delivery windows are confirmed the day before your event. One of the lower-friction areas we serve. Standard streets, standard driveways, no gates on most addresses. ## Choosing the right slide for your Cypress Lake yard We currently rent 12 water slides, from the 17' Baja Blast Single Lane up to the 31' CAT 5 Single Lane w/ Slip n Slide Attachment. Single-lane slides (17' Baja Blast Single Lane, 22' CAT 3 Single Lane, 31' CAT 5 Single Lane w/ Slip n Slide Attachment) fit tighter Cypress Lake yards and younger riders. Dual-lane slides let two kids race side by side and keep the line moving at bigger parties. Slides with a slip n slide attachment (24' Jawsome Dual Lane w/ Slip n Slide Attachment, 26' Lava Falls Dual Lane w/ Slip n Slide Attachment, 31' CAT 5 Single Lane w/ Slip n Slide Attachment) need the most open length, so measure carefully before you choose one. The height in each slide's name is a good first guide: taller slides need more open ground and clear overhead space, and they suit older kids. Each product page lists the full dimensions — compare them against your measured grass, leaving a few feet on every side for the crew to work and for guests to walk around. ## How a Cypress Lake water slide rental works Choose your slide and check your date online. When you reserve, a deposit holds the slide and the remaining balance is due at or before delivery. The day before your party we confirm your delivery window. On the day, our crew arrives at your Cypress Lake address, walks the setup spot with you, lays down a ground tarp, inflates and anchors the slide, and connects the water. We show an adult how to run the hose and the blower and go over the rider rules. After the party, we deflate, clean up and haul everything away. Keep an adult watching the slide the whole time it is in use, and clear it right away for lightning or strong wind. Not sure a slide is the right fit? If you want an event at a county park, the park office sets the rules for inflatables and water, so ask them first. ### We have big oak trees. Will a slide fit? Usually, if there is an open stretch with clear overhead space. Measure away from the canopy and we will match a slide to it. ### How early do you arrive in Cypress Lake? Delivery windows are confirmed the day before the event, typically in the morning so the slide is ready before guests arrive. ### How much does a water slide rental cost in Cypress Lake? Our water slides currently start at $230 and go up to $650 for a one-day rental, depending on the slide. Delivery to Cypress Lake from about $45 — exact fee calculated from your address at checkout. Sales tax and the optional damage waiver are shown at checkout. ### Is setup included with a water slide rental in Cypress Lake? Yes. Our crew delivers to your Cypress Lake address, sets up and anchors the slide, connects the blower and shows you how to run the water, then comes back to deflate and pick it up. ### What happens if it rains on our Cypress Lake water slide party? If severe weather is forecast, you may reschedule your reservation for a future date. Inflatables cannot be operated safely during lightning or in strong, gusting wind conditions. We will contact you if conditions change. ## Water slides near Cypress Lake - Water slide rental in Fort Myers: https://vargasrentals.com/water-slide-rentals/fort-myers-fl - Water slide rental in Fort Myers Beach: https://vargasrentals.com/water-slide-rentals/fort-myers-beach-fl -
