We use your information to confirm reservations, schedule delivery and pickup, contact you about your event (including weather changes), and keep records of past rentals. We do not sell your information.

Information is shared only with the service providers that operate this site and process payments on our behalf, or when required by law.
SMS / Text Messaging
Vargas Rentals (Vargas Party Rentals, LLC) may send SMS messages related to your rental inquiry or booking, including quote follow-ups, booking confirmations, event reminders, and post-event review requests, as well as occasional promotions and special offers for customers who have opted in. We promise not to spam you — promotional texts are occasional and only sent to customers who agreed to receive them.
How you opt in: By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website checkout or booking form (vargasrentals.com), you consent to receive these messages, including promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
