Water Slide Safety and Setup Requirements
Prepare the setup area before delivery
Clear the area of rocks, sticks, sprinkler heads, pet waste and patio furniture, and unlock the gate or arrange access for the delivery window. Water slides need a standard garden hose connection within reach of the setup area and a drainage path that will not flood a neighbor's yard or a septic drain field.
Surface and anchoring
Grass setups are staked. Concrete, pavers and asphalt setups use sandbags instead. Tell us your surface when you reserve — it changes what the crew loads on the truck, and swapping anchoring on arrival is not always possible.
Power and access
Inflatable units run on a continuous blower that needs a standard grounded outlet within about 100 feet of the setup area. If your yard, park pavilion or church lot has no outlet in range, add a generator to the order. The crew also needs a clear path from the truck to the setup spot, so measure the narrowest gate or turn.
Supervision during the rental
An adult should supervise the unit whenever it is in use. Keep shoes, glasses, jewelry, food and drinks out, separate large and small children, and do not exceed the rider limit for the unit. If severe weather is forecast, you may reschedule your reservation for a future date. Inflatables cannot be operated safely during lightning or in strong, gusting wind conditions. We will contact you if conditions change.
