Tent Planning and Installation
Measure a clear setup area
Tent footprints are exact. A 20x20, 20x30 or 20x40 tent needs that full clear rectangle plus room at each corner for anchoring. Clear the area of patio furniture, low branches and decorations before the delivery window, and check overhead clearance for lines and tree cover.
Surface and anchoring
Grass installs are staked into the ground, which gives the strongest anchor. Hard-surface installs on concrete, pavers or asphalt use weighted anchoring instead of stakes. Tell us your surface when you reserve — it changes what the crew loads on the truck, and swapping anchoring on arrival is not always possible.
Delivery access
The crew needs a clear path from the truck to the setup area, so measure the narrowest gate or turn and unlock access before the delivery window. Tent installs take longer than a typical equipment drop, so tent orders are scheduled with their own delivery window.
Southwest Florida weather
A tent shades guests from the sun and sheds a passing shower, which makes it the practical backbone of an outdoor event from May through October. Inflatables cannot be operated safely during lightning or in strong, gusting wind conditions. We will contact you if conditions change.
