- Is Vargas Rentals insured?
- Yes. Vargas Rentals carries liability insurance. If your venue, school or park has specific documentation requirements for your event, call us at (239) 270-9057 and we will go over what they need.
- How far in advance should I reserve?
- Weekends book fastest, especially in spring. Reserving two to three weeks ahead gives you the widest selection, but we regularly fill last-minute dates when inventory allows.
- Do you deliver and set everything up?
- Yes. Our team delivers, sets up and anchors your rental, and returns for pickup at the end of your rental period.
- What is the damage waiver?
- An optional 15% damage waiver covers accidental damage to the equipment during normal use. It is recommended and pre-selected at checkout, and you can decline it before you reserve.
- What happens if it rains?
- If severe weather is forecast, you may reschedule your reservation for a future date. Inflatables cannot be operated during lightning or in strong, gusting wind conditions.
- How do I know whether an inflatable is available?
- Enter your event date and delivery city in the availability bar. You will only see rentals that are open for that date and deliverable to your area.
- What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?
- Grass is ideal because it allows staking. We can also set up on concrete or asphalt using sandbags. Let us know your surface when you book so we bring the right anchoring.
- What areas do you deliver to?
- We deliver across Fort Myers and surrounding Southwest Florida, including Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, North Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples.
