Choosing the Right Concession Machine Rental
Vargas Rentals currently publishes 2 concession machine rentals for Fort Myers and surrounding Southwest Florida, starting at $75. Concession machines add the smell and the snack that people remember — popcorn and snow cones are party favorites at birthday parties and school events.
Machines sit on a table, so plan for a sturdy table and a shaded or covered spot out of the rain. The sizing table below pulls its numbers straight from the live catalog, so the dimensions you measure against are the dimensions of the exact unit that will arrive.
Every concession machine order includes professional setup, anchoring, sanitizing and pickup. Free delivery within 5 miles of our Lehigh Acres shop · $2/mile after. Delivery windows are confirmed the day before your event. Package discounts apply when you use the multi-unit package builder; individual rentals are priced as shown in the live catalog.

Concession Machine Safety and Setup Requirements
Prepare the setup area before delivery
Clear the area of rocks, sticks, sprinkler heads, pet waste and patio furniture, and unlock the gate or arrange access for the delivery window. Every concession machine needs a standard grounded outlet within reach. Check the live catalog for current machine options and availability.
Surface and anchoring
Grass setups are staked. Concrete, pavers and asphalt setups use sandbags instead. Tell us your surface when you reserve — it changes what the crew loads on the truck, and swapping anchoring on arrival is not always possible.
Power and access
Inflatable units run on a continuous blower that needs a standard grounded outlet within about 100 feet of the setup area. If your yard, park pavilion or church lot has no outlet in range, add a generator to the order. The crew also needs a clear path from the truck to the setup spot, so measure the narrowest gate or turn.
Supervision during the rental
An adult should supervise the unit whenever it is in use. Keep shoes, glasses, jewelry, food and drinks out, separate large and small children, and do not exceed the rider limit for the unit. If severe weather is forecast, you may reschedule your reservation for a future date. Inflatables cannot be operated safely during lightning or in strong, gusting wind conditions. We will contact you if conditions change.
