Where Three Oaks families celebrate
Three Oaks Park on Three Oaks Parkway is the neighborhood's go-to county park, and the area is minutes from FGCU, Gulf Coast Town Center and Estero. Slide parties are usually at home, where kids from the neighborhood schools can walk over.
Three Oaks Community Park at 18251 Three Oaks Pkwy is open dawn to 9:30pm, but note their published rule: they do NOT have any rentable pavilions. Everything is first-come, first-served, and if your group is over 60 people you need to contact the park supervisor directly. If you want a guaranteed reserved shelter, Estero Community Park just south rents three at $50 a day.
Yard space and setup in Three Oaks
Newer Three Oaks lots often have a pool cage and a fenced backyard with a gate on one side. Measure the gate width and open grass, mark sprinkler heads and keep the slide away from lake banks.
This is a small-to-mid yard area. Check the published dimensions against your actual clear grass before booking a dual-lane slide. Some lakefront lots in Islands at Three Oaks and Lakes at Three Oaks need clearance kept back from the water.
Our team sets up every rental, anchors it correctly for the surface, and returns for pickup at the end of your rental period.
Heat, sun and water tips for Three Oaks
Young trees mean limited shade. Use a canopy, plan morning sliding in summer and keep water bottles at the ladder. Afternoon storms are the norm.
Use a drinking-water spigot — many subdivisions use reclaimed water for irrigation. Run it at moderate flow and keep runoff on the lawn.
Permits, HOAs and host rules
Three Oaks is unincorporated Lee County. Many subdivisions have HOA rules for inflatables, hours and parking; check yours before booking. Private home parties generally do not need a special county permit.

Choosing the right slide for your Three Oaks yard
We currently rent 12 water slides, from the 17' Baja Blast Single Lane up to the 31' CAT 5 Single Lane w/ Slip n Slide Attachment. Single-lane slides (17' Baja Blast Single Lane, 22' CAT 3 Single Lane, 31' CAT 5 Single Lane w/ Slip n Slide Attachment) fit tighter Three Oaks yards and younger riders. Dual-lane slides let two kids race side by side and keep the line moving at bigger parties. Slides with a slip n slide attachment (24' Jawsome Dual Lane w/ Slip n Slide Attachment, 26' Lava Falls Dual Lane w/ Slip n Slide Attachment, 31' CAT 5 Single Lane w/ Slip n Slide Attachment) need the most open length, so measure carefully before you choose one. The height in each slide's name is a good first guide: taller slides need more open ground and clear overhead space, and they suit older kids. Each product page lists the full dimensions — compare them against your measured grass, leaving a few feet on every side for the crew to work and for guests to walk around.
How a Three Oaks water slide rental works
Choose your slide and check your date online. When you reserve, a deposit holds the slide and the remaining balance is due at or before delivery. The day before your party we confirm your delivery window. On the day, our crew arrives at your Three Oaks address, walks the setup spot with you, lays down a ground tarp, inflates and anchors the slide, and connects the water. We show an adult how to run the hose and the blower and go over the rider rules. After the party, we deflate, clean up and haul everything away. Keep an adult watching the slide the whole time it is in use, and clear it right away for lightning or strong wind.
